South St. Paul Woman Held on Outstanding Warrants for Felony Drug Possession and Wisconsin Probation Violation

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN β€” A woman identified as Darcee Rae Dimmen is currently being held in the Dakota County Jail following her arrest by the Eagan Police Department on the morning of July 2, 2026. Dimmen was taken into custody at 10:30 a.m. on outstanding warrants and booked into the county jail shortly after at 10:51 a.m.

She remains detained pending further court proceedings, in addition to an active out-of-state hold from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Active Criminal Charges

Dimmen is facing the following allegations:

  • Count 1: Fifth-Degree Controlled Substance Crime – Possession (Felony) She is accused of unlawfully possessing a Schedule I, II, III, or IV controlled substance or drug paraphernalia containing residue (excluding cannabis/hemp), in violation of Minnesota Statute 152.025.2(a)(1). This charge is currently awaiting an Omnibus Hearing.

  • Count 2: Probation Violation (Felony Hold) She is being held on an active out-of-state warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a probation violation.

Bail and Release Conditions

The court has set Dimmen’s bail on the Dakota County drug charge at:

  • $3,000 without conditions, or

  • $1,000 with strict release conditions, which include:

    • Absolute prohibition of alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.

    • Submission to random chemical testing.

    • Remaining law-abiding.

    • Attending all scheduled court hearings.

    • Keeping the court and her defense attorney notified of any address changes.

Upcoming Court Proceedings

Dimmen remains in custody at the Dakota County Jail. Her next court appearance is scheduled for an Omnibus Hearing on July 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Dakota County District Court (Division 2) in Hastings, Minnesota.
